The Association is happy to announce the purchase of a new holiday apartment in South Melbourne.

The new apartment will be available to rent from Sunday 19 February 2012 and bookings will be available via enquiry only. For vacancy dates please contact our Holiday Homes Coordinator, Skye Di Gennaro, via email holidayhomes@tpav.org.au or phone on (03) 9468 2600 during office hours.

This apartment will be our second in the South Melbourne complex that continues to be a very popular holiday destination for members with its close proximity to Melbourne’s city centre.

It has three large bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. In addition, the complex boasts an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court and BBQ area.

This recent purchase adds to an already impressive collection of holiday homes, which the Association maintains and rents exclusively to members. There are now 12 properties around the state in prime holiday locations - Lakes Entrance, Phillip Island, Echuca, Tawonga South, Port Fairy and South Melbourne. These homes are exceptionally good value at just $350-400 per week.
